I am new to programming/reflashing and i  have a Maxiflash Elite. The other day i bought a day subscription to Mitsubishi and dowloaded Mut 3 to try and pefrom a reflash on my personal vehicle (2016 uplander) to try it out. I can not get the program to communicate with the maxiflash unit. It will not read the vin, maxiflash is a option when it asks what unit i am using. I have reflashed gm's with out any problem but i have phoned Autel and Mitsubishi about the problem and no one can give me any answers. Has anyone been able to do this? Any suggestions on what i might be missing?. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Any feed back would be appreciated thank you.
